Privacy Policy

Gradiente ("the app") is developed by Apsolut, privacy@apsolut.dev ("we").

1. Data we collect

The app does not collect, store on our servers, share or sell any personal data. The app does not use analytics, advertising, crash reporting or tracking services, and does not require an account.

2. Data stored on your device

Your favourite gradients, your current draft and your settings are stored only on your device. They are deleted when you clear the app's data or uninstall the app. We have no access to them.

3. Permissions

The app does not request access to your photos, files, camera, microphone, contacts or location. When you export an image it is passed to the Android share sheet, and you choose where it goes.

4. Contacting us

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you, and delete them when they are no longer needed. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering your request).

5. Google Play

The app is distributed through Google Play. Google may process data when you download or update apps; see Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

6. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from anyone.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Since we do not process personal data through the app, most of these rights apply only to emails you send us.

8. Changes

We will update this page if the app's data practices change. The date above shows the latest version.
